America today is a nation that has recently taken a turn towards being healthier. It’s hard to get anything anymore without a calorie count and nutritional value. Push Ups–Unless you hang out with fitness buffs, and not all of us do, you might be surprised to learn the ab improving qualities of simple push ups. This exercise is performed by placing your hands flat on the floor with your arms fully extended. This means your arms are suspending you and you are balanced by your toes. Then lower your upper body towards the floor and then back up again.
